I got great value for my money with a clean and comfy room that had strong shower pressure. The location was perfect-close to eateries and the lake-and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The food for breakfast could use a bit more variety.

As for me location is great and very convenience, close to centre of town, the fresh market, and Zoo Taiping and. I loved excellent and amiable personnel that ensures guests have a comfortable stay. A double room with jacuzzi has basic facilities you need;)))

We had a pleasant stay at louis. the location was perfect, with everything from restaurants to shops just a short walk away. the hotel was peaceful and impeccably clean. the staff were friendly and professional, always eager to help. we were impressed by the spacious room, which even had two working tables—super convenient! plus, the shower was fantastic, and we appreciated the reliable wi-fi. overall, great value for what we received.

The staff were helpful and welcoming, which made for a great start. On the day of check-in, a lovely female Chinese staff member called to confirm my arrival, showcasing really good customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly Indian male staff member who made the check-in process seamless and even upgraded my room. The location is strategic, right in the center of Taiping, with plenty of eateries nearby and convenient shopping options, including a 24-hour laundromat and a 7-Eleven just a stone's throw away. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and productive stay. Despite being a little secluded from the usual hustle and bustle, I found the atmosphere to be peaceful and rejuvenating.

Bathroom layout could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Taiping with my 6-month-old baby. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore local eateries and shops, all within walking distance. Our room was spacious, well-equipped with toiletries, and the comfy bed ensured restful nights. The friendly staff promptly accommodated my request for a family room. Parking was convenient, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Nearby attractions like Taiping Lake Gardens provided lovely walks, enhancing our family bonding time. The only downside was a few ants that made storing open food tricky.

The room had peeling wallpaper and a strange post right in the middle, making it feel cramped. Plus, the plumbing was super noisy, which kept waking me up throughout the night.
